The boys have arrived! Time to settle in before tomorrow's big start.

TOURNAMENT PREVIEW

Dundee United Sports Club will play in Group E of the Boys U16s tournament. First up at 11 am on Monday will be Antiguoko KE from San Sebastián in the Basque Country. The club is prestigious, producing some of Spain’s greatest talents in Xabi Alonso and Mikel Arteta. Later the same day at 3:30 pm, United will then come up against Icelandic side IA Akranes B. They will finish up group proceedings against Catalan outfit UE Alpicat at 1 pm on Tuesday, where we will see if they have progressed to the next round.

The kits are on nice and early as the boys make their way to the venue for a big first game at 11.

It was a good effort from the boys in a tight encounter but unfortunately, the Basque side came out on top with a 2-0 win thanks to goals from Iker Azkarraga Arrospide and Oihan Martin.

Dundee United SC have arrived for their final group game against Catalan side UE Alpicat for the all-important decider, knowing a win would see them finish second in the pool and qualify for the cup knockouts.

It's another fantastic victory for Dundee United SC! Despite the Catalans getting a goal back, they stood firm to overcome UE Alpicat and finish second in the group, sealing a place in the cup knockouts.

This afternoon's result concludes the group stage with Dundee United finishing in 2nd place and sealing a Round of 16 tie against Baskauri KE. The Basque side will be coming into the match full of confidence having won 3/3 group games.

United held on to see out a fantastic 1-0 victory against the Basque opposition to secure a place in this afternoon's quarter-finals.

Dundee United will face Billabona F.K.E. after the Basque side defeated Fundació Terrassa in the Round of 16. Billabona have had an incredible defensive record this tournament, keeping clean sheets in all their group games. However, they have only scored four goals in their four games, so if United set up well defensively, they should have a good chance of keeping them at bay. The Quarter-Final takes place at 15:30 at the Futbol Salou.

Dundee United will face NF Academy after the Portuguese side defeated Tarbes Pyrenees, of France, in the quarters. NF Academy have been outstanding all tournament, scoring 17 goals and conceding just four. With only one clean sheet, though, there is definitely a way through for United. The Semi-Final takes place at 17:30 at Futbol Salou 1.
